Manual Scan
Scans all portfolio tickers for signals and sends alerts for new ones. The same signal won't re-alert within 4 hours.
Schedule
The backend scans every 15 minutes during market hours (9am–4:30pm ET, Mon–Fri).
Signals are deduplicated with a 4-hour cooldown per signal per ticker.
Severity threshold: medium and high only — low signals don't trigger alerts.
